What began as a boutique staging service has evolved into a full-spectrum interior design and property styling studio—trusted by top real estate professionals, developers, and discerning homeowners across the San Francisco Bay Area.

    As a seasoned design and real estate professional with over 17 years of experience shaping interiors and elevating properties across the San Francisco Bay Area, her career reflects a rare blend of global perspective, business acumen, and a refined design sensibility—all of which define her approach at Studio-Noire.

    With a background that spans law, entrepreneurship, and international design, Caroline has built a dynamic career at the intersection of aesthetics and strategy. Her work has included launching design-forward brands, collaborating on innovative retail ventures, and leading creative initiatives that reflect a deep understanding of how spaces influence the way people live—and how properties perform in the market.

    Through her work with homeowners, developers, and real estate professionals, Caroline has cultivated a keen sense of how thoughtful design can enhance both experience and value. At Studio-Noire, she leads with vision, precision, and an unwavering commitment to delivering spaces that are not only beautiful, but purposeful, memorable, and designed to sell.

    With over 26 years of international leadership in the furniture and interiors industry, Soren Krogh-Jensen brings unmatched expertise in franchise growth, operational execution, and brand development to Studio-Noire. His career spans three continents and some of the most respected design-driven companies in the world.

    Soren is best known as the force behind BoConcept Bay Area, where he has successfully led all franchise operations since 2008. Under his leadership, the brand has expanded its regional footprint while maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, customer experience, and operational excellence. Prior to that, his work in the Middle East helped establish BoConcept as a top-performing brand across nine locations, setting new benchmarks in sales, logistics, and retail innovation.

    An entrepreneur at heart, Soren has co-founded several ventures including FLEXA USA, The BauBox, and now Studio-Noire—each reflecting his passion for purposeful design and scalable systems. At Studio-Noire, he leads strategic operations, logistics, and business development, ensuring that the studio’s creative output is supported by seamless backend execution and a world-class client experience.


  • Senior Design Consultant

    Studio-Noire thrives on the talent and perspective of a team shaped by diverse cultural and creative backgrounds—and Lily Li exemplifies that spirit. Hailing from Vancouver, Canada—affectionately dubbed “Hollywood North”—Lily brings with her a rich tapestry of creativity rooted in art and design.

    She holds degrees in General Art and Interior Design from two of British Columbia’s most respected institutions: the University of British Columbia and the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Lily’s creative vision and operational expertise were further honed at BoConcept, where she was in charge of all showroom designs, as well as large-scale B2B and residential projects. From initial concepts and detailed design work to project management and final installation, she oversaw every step with precision and artistry.
    With a career that spans ultra-luxury residential interiors up to 25,000 sq. ft. and striking talk-show sets for celebrities, Lily’s portfolio is as expansive as it is inspired.

    Her artistry is informed by stories—whether from people, places, or the pulse of current design trends. Lily infuses these inspirations into every project, shaping spaces with intention, imagination, and sophistication. As Studio Noire’s Senior Interior Designer, she plays a vital role in the firm’s creative leadership, guiding each project from conceptual spark to polished finish with elegance and expertise.
